Propane Tech/Delivery Driver
Rural Propane Services is seeking a full-time Delivery Driver/Tech position. This position will safely deliver LP gas via bobtail to residential and commercial accounts. They will also conduct service work, including propane exterior vapor distribution system design, testing, and installation, safety checks, liquid transfer, tank removal, and repair.
Qualified candidates must have:
- One year of experience as a truck driver, heavy equipment operator or equivalent required. Experience with plumbing or propane service work preferred. Experience with propane/fuel preferred.
- Must maintain a minimum Commercial Drivers License, Class B with hazard, tanker and airbrake endorsements, First Aid and CPR Certification. Must complete the PERC Education Program (PEP) from the Propane Education & Research Council (PERC) within the first 6 months of employment. Must be willing to continue professional training after employment.
- High School diploma or equivalency required.
