If this is your first time visiting the payment portal, you will need to create an online account. You will need the following information* to register your account:

• • RPS Customer ID
  • RPS Account Number
  • Last Name on RPS Account

Once you have your information, click on ‘Customer Sign In’ and then click ‘Register’ on the next page.
